You make sure that a smart textile concept becomes a market-ready product. You work directly with management, are involved in product development early on, and make decisions that get implemented the same day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for planning, control, and quality of production in knitting and garment manufacturing
• Leading and developing the production team — close collaboration with management and quality management
• Capacity planning and order flow in coordination with development and sales
• Building and optimizing production KPIs, standards, and maintenance routines
• Coordination and management of more than 30 high-performance machines
• Quality assurance and interface management with downstream departments

YOUR PROFILE

You know how a shift runs — and why a machine breakdown calls for a system, not a sprint. You are pragmatic, reliable, and ready to take on responsibility in a company that is experiencing its most important growth moment.

• Degree or vocational training in textile technology, mechanical engineering, production technology, or similar
• Several years of experience in production, ideally in a manufacturing SME
• Initial leadership experience — you know the difference between leading and managing
• Structured working style, affinity for KPIs, and a hands-on mentality — in and out of work
• Excellent written and spoken German
